• Identify, develop and evaluate vendor program in line with marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with credit department for credit assessment.
• Train and lead a sales team to achieve sales target.
• Ensure the completeness of application documentations and conduct preliminary credit assessment.
• Forecast market trends; analyse competition, new products and pricing, in order to give suggestion to marketing and business development strategy.
• Ensure complete documentation from dealers for the application and liaise with credit admin for agreement preparation.
• Conduct after service, collection and lease asset checking.
• Others task assigned by manager.

_ Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred.
_ 3 – 5 years’ experience in leasing/ financing/ banking industry.
_ Strong networking with vehicle/machinery dealers.
_ Impressive communication, interpersonal skills, highly organized and result-oriented.
_ Good verbal and written skills in English. Mandarin speaking is a plus
_ Proficient in Power Point and MS office suite.
