• Identify, develop and evaluate vendor program in line with marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with credit department for credit assessment.
• Train and lead a sales team to achieve sales target.
• Ensure the completeness of application documentations and conduct preliminary credit assessment.
• Forecast market trends; analyse competition, new products and pricing, in order to give suggestion to marketing and business development strategy.
• Ensure complete documentation from dealers for the application and liaise with credit admin for agreement preparation.
• Conduct after service, collection and lease asset checking.
